The Fisker EMotion is an upcoming plug-in hybrid electric vehicle designed and to be manufactured by Fisker Automotive, a subsidiary of China's Wanxiang Group. It was first teased in a concept form at the Consumer Electronics Show in January 2017, followed by its North American debut at the March 2017 New York International Auto Show. The EMotion will be the first vehicle to be sold under the revived Fisker brand, which was purchased by China's Wanxiang Group in February 2014, and will be built at a former General Motors plant in Wilmington, Delaware starting in 2018.

The car is expected to have an all-electric range of 50 miles (80 km), with an additional 300 miles (500 km) from its gasoline engine. The EMotion is also expected to have a base price of $129,000 before any government subsidies for electric vehicles are taken into account, making it one of the most expensive cars on the market.

The EMotion will use lithium ion batteries made by LG Chem, who has partnered with both BMW and Hyundai. It is expected to be able to charge up to 80% of battery capacity within 30 minutes or less using an 800-volt DC fast charging system. The car will use four electric motors,

The car is expected to come with a price tag of $100,000. It will be equipped with a 3.0-liter V6 engine that generates 600 horsepower. The EMotion can go from 0 to 60 mph in less than 5 seconds, reaching a top speed of 161 mph. The car can run for about 400 miles on a single charge and the battery can be charged in 7 minutes.

While a lot of people are enticed by the futuristic design, the price tag is rather high for an electric vehicle and it could become a challenge for Fisker 2023 EMotion in making sales. Only 250 units have been manufactured so far and they were all displayed at the Consumer Electronics Show (CES) in Las Vegas.

Fisker has already received 2,500 orders for the car but it has not confirmed when production will start or how many cars will be produced annually.
